General Body Meeting of the WashU Fantasy and Science Fiction Club,
2/7/04
I. Tabling. We piggybacked on two other organization's tables at the Activities Fair on Wednesday, January 28, 2004. Many thanks to the Gaelic Culture Society and the WashU Coop for handing out fliers and collecting names of people interested in the WashU Fantasy and Science Fiction Club.
We now have a table reserved in Wohl from 11-3pm, MW 2/9, 2/11, and Tue 2/`l7 from 5-7 (just before the talk by Keith Kelly). We also have a table in Mallinckrodt, M 2/16, 11-2pm. We will hand out our own fliers and those of the Gaelic Culture Society (and perhaps WashU Coop).

II. Constitution and elections. Do we need a formal division of labor at this time? If so, who wants to do what?
III. Website. We have a shorter URL on our fliers now (thanks to Craig). What should we do about a permanent website?
IV. Student Life article. Have you seen the article in the Friday, Feb. 6 issue? What do you think?
V. Stargate Group. Should we form a special "Stargate SG-1" Group, which would meet informally? Perhaps a contact email could be provided on our website and fliers, so this could be arranged informally, in private.
VI. Reading Groups. Should we help to form new informal, private reading groups, to read and discuss various books? Last year at least one such group formed to read "The Lord of the Rings."
VII. Chat Rooms. Should we start online discussion groups or chat rooms?
VIII. Pizza. What kind of pizza do you want? [Papa John's phone number: 367-7272]
