Course Description

This directed reading course, cross-listed with both Social Thought and Analysis
and Religious Studies, is a directed reading course for highly motivated individuals
who wish to study the theory and practice of cooperative sustainable living. It may
be offered for 1-3 credits. The WashU Cooperative was founded by students who
took this course. In the future, Coop students who wish to assist with the FOCUS
course on Cooperative Living, Community Building, and Sustainability, may take this
course concurrently, in order to earn appropriate academic credit.
