the
tall grass gets mowed down, but the
squeaky wheel gets the grease
2/7/07
There
is an East Asian proverb to the effect,
"The tall grass gets mowed down," but this
is America, and we have our own proverb,
"The squeaky wheel gets the grease."
Sometimes we have to squeak really loud to
be heard, and respected.
I
don't like to complain, and until the last
few years I never complained about
anything, and look where that has gotten
me? So now I complain, on my own behalf
and for others, and for principles I
believe in. Better late than
never...
If
you don't like it, you can complein too,
it's a free country. If you picket my
office I will come out and join you! It's
the American way.
