General Body Meeting of the WashU Fantasy and Science Fiction Club,
1/31/04
I. Tabling. We piggybacked on two other organization's tables at the Activities Fair on Wednesday, January 28, 2004. Many thanks to the Gaelic Culture Society and the WashU Coop for handing out fliers and collecting names of people interested in the WashU Fantasy and Science Fiction Club.
1. Should we reserve a table in Mallinckrodt to publicize our club, and the upcoming showing of The Return of the King and the talk by SLU Tolkien scholar Keith Kelly?
II. Constitution and elections. Do we need a formal division of labor at this time? If so, who wants to do what?
III. Website. The URL on the fliers is ridiculously long. How can we correct this?
IV. Student Life article. Emily has been contacted by Student Life for an interview about the WashU Fantasy and Science Fiction Club. It now seems likely that they will write a story about us. Who else would like to talk to the reporter?
V. Pizza. What kind of pizza do you want?
Tolkien Group Meeting, 1/2/04

II. Next Tolkien Group Meeting topic of discussion.
