Dear
colleagues in Religious Studies and South
Asian Studies:
All
my course syllabi, course titles, and
course materials are my intellectual
property. If you use any of this material
without my permission, I will sue you. I
will personally picket your
classroom.
My
syllabi are unusually well-researched, as
all my students know. This research will
be published if and only if this great
"research" university learns to respect
its college teachers. At that time, I may
put some of my syllabi online. I am
already doing so with two courses, "Twelve
Theories of Religion" and "Cooperative
Living, Community Building, and
Sustainability," both offered free to the
public via the Cervantes Free University
(see the Washington University Coop
website, www.washucoop.com)
Sincerely,
Jerome
Bauer
Still
proud to be a member of theTeaching
Faculty of Washington University in St
